Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Policy Terms
1. No Refund Policy
All fees paid to Amigo Academy are non-refundable under any circumstances, subject to applicable law.
2. Admission & Enrolment Payments
Once admission is confirmed, fees paid towards registration, enrolment, course or any other service are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation by Student
If a student voluntarily cancels or decides not to continue the course after payment, they will not be eligible for any refund.
4. Non-Attendance or Discontinuation
If a student stops attending classes or discontinues the programme for any reason, the course fee will remain non-refundable.
5. Course Change or Programme Change
A course change request may be considered based on availability and eligibility. However, it does not create a right to a refund.
6. Batch or Schedule Changes
Batch or schedule changes may be permitted based on availability. Such changes do not entitle the student to a refund.
7. Scholarships, Discounts & Offers
Scholarships, discounts and promotional offers are applicable as per the terms communicated and cannot be converted into cash or refund.
8. EMI & Financing
If fees are paid through EMI or financing options, the student must fulfil their obligations as per the terms of the financing provider.
9. Placement Support
Placement support is provided to eligible students. It does not guarantee a job or create a right to a fee refund under any circumstances.
10. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds are generally not provided. However, if a refund or remedy is required under applicable law, a binding order of a competent authority, or any other legally enforceable requirement, Amigo Academy will comply with such requirement.
11. Before Making Payment
We encourage students and parents to understand the course, eligibility, fees, scholarships, EMI options and career opportunities. Our counsellors are available to help you make an informed decision before enrolment.
12. Policy Acceptance
By completing the admission process or making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy, subject to applicable law.
